02. Professional Onboarding
Our structured deployment process ensures zero downtime for your institution:
- Requirement Analysis: Detailed consultation to map your school's specific grading and billing workflows.
- Data Migration: Secure handling of student and staff records for system integration.
- Beta Launch: A controlled environment test before going live to all parents and students.
03. Educational Trial Policy
To demonstrate the value of our systems, qualified schools are eligible for a one-term (3-month) free trial of the software platform.
Note: Third-party costs such as Domain Name registration and Hosting server fees are the responsibility of the client during and after the trial period.
04. Financial Terms
Service Level Agreements (Monthly Management)
Standard Management: ₦20,000/Month (Includes 24/7 technical support, updates, and data management).
Enterprise Licensing (One-Time)
Full System License: ₦150,000. Includes core source deployment and 1 year of maintenance.
Delinquency Policy
Payments exceeding 30 days past due will result in a temporary suspension of portal access until the balance is cleared.

Data Integrity

06. Legal Provisions
Intellectual Property: All software code, logic, and design remains the property of Ainurudeen Digital Solutions unless a Full Ownership License is purchased.
Limitation of Liability: Ainurudeen Digital Solutions is not liable for data loss resulting from client-side credential mismanagement or unauthorized third-party access to client devices.
Refunds: Due to the digital nature of our work, no refunds are issued once development or data migration has commenced.
